Wolffish bifold fish leather wallet with brown interior and bill pocket
Bifold leather card and bill wallet with outer skin of Wolffish fishleather and brown interior with money pocket. The wallet has 6 inside pockets that hold 6 - 12 cards and 1 pocket for bills. Outer material is made of natural coloured Wolffish fish leather. Inner material is vegetable tanned hand stained brown Goat skin. The wallets are hand stained and hand stitched with strong brown Riza thread.
The inner material of the Wolffish skin wallet comes as base in brown goat but can be custom stained to almost any colour. Other choices of inner material like calf, lamb or cow hide are also customisable. The wallets are thin and compact in size measuring only 10 cm x 10 cm. Brown is in stock while other colours have to be ordered.
Given the nature of these wallets, the wolffish fish leather as the outer material has variation and is not accurately as the image shows. If you want to select a special outer version contact us for pictures of stock material. Inner material will also have variations given the hand made process of color staining natural hide. Scars and blemishes may (should) occur and is what gives each wallet its special character. No two wallets are the same in look and feel.
Due to closedown off Atlantic leather in Iceland availability of fishleather is very limited. Back ordering has therefor been closed down. Please contact us in order to find out what type of fishleather we have in stock.
All our wallets are made by Good Old Company and are handmade and hand stitched in Kopavogur, Iceland and ship from Iceland.
Sustainable fashion is a key ingredient in our design philosophy and the fishleather and the leather hides we use are all a bi-product of thee food industry. The fish leather comes from Iceland and is tanned there using green energy. Most of our other hides come from Scandinavia (Swedden, Norway, Danmark ) and other Europe countries, mostly from small local tanneries which fit our policy of ecological philosophy of sustainable living and respect for nature and environment.
